Members who wish to invite a guest into the Members’ Lounge can purchase a special Members’ Pass for the day at a fee of $15 per pass from the Raceday Office.
This will be a standard fee for all meetings of the 2010/2011 season. Passes are limited and are subject to approval by the Raceday Office.
These passes are used for entry to the Members’ Area only, and are not valid for entry into the racecourse.
Passes will not be available on Special Event Days (e.g. Pinjarra Cup).

You will automatically go into the draw to win a trip to the 2011 COX PLATE at MOONEE VALLEY RACECOURSE.
Payment can be made in cash, via EFTPOS, credit card or cheque.
Membership Badges will be sent to you after full payment is received.
Membership Facilities
Members' Facilities include the Indoor Lounge with access to the Committee Room and the Outdoor Lounge which includes Bridles Restaurant.
Both lounges are air-conditioned, have full tote facilities, multiple TV display units, separate bar, complimentary tea and coffee, access to male and female toilets and panoramic views of the racecourse. There is also a designated open Members' Seating Area on the Grandstand.
Children are most welcome in the front tiered seating section of the Members’ Area when accompanied by an adult, but those under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Indoor or Outdoor Members’ Lounges at any time.

Cox Plate Package at Moonee Valley Racecourse
Every current member who introduces a new member and every new member of the Pinjarra Race Club will go into the draw to win a trip to the 2011 COX PLATE at MOONEE VALLEY RACECOURSE.
The Package includes airfares for two, three nights accommodation, racecourse entry and reserved seating, a racebook, luxury return bus transfer to the Moonee Valley Racecourse, delicious four course luncheon and premium beverages through out the afternoon.
The total package for two is valued at over $2700.

Members' Tote Voucher Draw
The Members' Tote Voucher Draw is open to all “paid up” and “financial” Members, who have the chance to win ONE of 5 x $50 On-Course Tote Vouchers each meeting.
Members are required to register their attendance on raceday to be eligible for the Members' Tote Voucher Draw. The registration book will be displayed at the entrance to the Members' Lounge.
The draw is conducted after Race 6 and winners' names are displayed in the Members' Area.
Introduce a New Member
A strong membership base is vital to the continued development of your club. The Committee believes that, with the population growth of the Pinjarra / Mandurah area, it should be possible to achieve a doubling of membership numbers.
Current members, therefore, are encouraged to "Introduce a New Member" (or Members)!
During this racing season, each member who introduces a new member to the Club will go into the draw to win a trip to the COX PLATE at MOONEE VALLEY RACECOURSE. Multiple entries are possible!
All new members introduced in this way will also receive an entry into the draw.

Ladies and Gentlemen are expected to be well groomed, with smart casual attire.

However, with the racing programme of the Club set to increase significantly in the future, Pinjarra Park offers superb opportunities for businesses to advertise and promote their products and services.
Members are encouraged to introduce new sponsors to the Club whenever opportunity arises.
A simple phone call to the office could assist the Committee to establish a new partnership, with mutual benefits to the sponsor and the Club.
