Shuttle Bus - connecting to Transperth Trains
A special shuttle bus service operates from key landmarks in the local Mandurah/Pinjarra area to the Pinjarra Race Club each and every race day.

The shuttle service also connects with train services at the Mandurah Train Station (see www.transperth.wa.gov.au for train times)

The Pinjarra Train Station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Pinjarra Race Club. "Australind"  or replacement Services depart daily from Perth to Bunbury, stopping at the Pinjarra Station.

Gates
The general admission gates at Pinjarra Park open approximately 1.5 hours prior to the first race for a weekend and some public holiday meetings. For midweek meetings gates open approximately 1 hour prior to the first race

Bars
Bars open ONE hour prior to the first and close ONE hour after the last race as per our general liquor licensing conditions OR if the club has a pre-arranged event AFTER the meeting. Patrons will be directed to the Main Bar under the Grandstand shortly after the completion of the last race should they wish to continue to order and consume beverages

Note: Per licensing policy drinks must be consumed within 15 minutes of bar closure. Bars close ONE hour after the last race or at the discretion of the Approved Manager.

Betting Facilities
Betting Facilities (TABs and Totes) open ONE hour prior to the first and close shortly after the last race.

If you are unable to have your betting ticket checked on a race day, you can take it to your local TAB. For TAB locations, please check www.tabtouch.com.au.

Local bookmakers are available on course, under the main grandstand.

EFTPOS Purchases
EFTPOS facilities are available from the following locations;

  • Old Bookies Bar to the west.
  • Members-Only Lounge
  • Leger Bar near the stalls and on;
  • Non-Feature Racedays -  the Main Tote bar under the grandstand.

Note: Like other betting venues, you cannot withdraw cash from a CREDIT CARD at Pinjarra Park. A surcharge may apply to cash-out and some purchase transactions.

Disability Access
Our facilities cater to disabled and abled persons. 

Our venue features the following:

  • Parking: The car park has several disabled parking spaces close to the Main Entry Gate. Please ask our friendly car park staff for assistance.
  • Lift Access: The lift provides access to the upper (restaurant bookings) level of the grandstand, access is via the undercroft of the grandstand
  • Race viewing areas: Wheelchair viewing platforms (accessible via a ramp) are located at the front of the Grandstand’s Public Seating Area.
  • Toilets: Disabled Toilets are located within the Public Toilet complex.

Should you require further assistance, please speak to our race day office staff or contact us prior to attending so we can assist you further.

Dress Code

General Admission
Pinjarra Park aims to provide a relaxed, country-style atmosphere for our racegoers. 

On Feature Days and if you are entering Fashions on the Field events, we recommend you dress to impress in traditional racewear.

Members, Bridles, and Committee/Sponsors Lounge
Dress Standards do apply to access the Members Lounge, please click here for further information. Bridles and Committee/Sponsor Lounge Guests also are expected to comply.

First Aid
The First Aid Room is located behind the race day Office. We are certain that our friendly First Aid Staff can assist - while a race is in progress the post will be unmanned for a brief period.

An Ambulance and a race day Doctor are also on-course for every race meeting for emergencies. Contact security or the office if the Raceday Doctor is required.

Please note: During peak periods, a triage system may be in place (i.e.: The sickest are seen the quickest).  

Groups and Functions
Enjoy a day out at Pinjarra Park with a group of friends or as a work function either on or a race day or non-race day.

Lost Property
If you lose an item while on-course, please visit the Raceday Office and complete a lost property form. Please include as much information as possible, including your name, contact details, a description of the item and when/where it was lost. 

If you find any lost property, please hand it in to the Raceday Office.

Merchandise and Souvenirs
Our Merchandise Kiosk, open on weekend/holiday feature race meetings only, offers a wide range of Pinjarra Park Souvenirs including Stubby Holders, Polo Shirts, Caps. Racebooks are also available for purchase. 

Stubby Holders are also available at all bars. 

Mobile Phone Charging
The mobile phone charging station is currently not available to racegoers.

Please do not leave your phone unattended.

Permission must be sought from the Club by ALL  entities if taking photos for commercial purposes. Photos/video footage taken on club property by the authorized photographer can be utilized by same for marketing purposes we see fit.

Public Seating
Public Seating in the appropriately marked areas is available in the Grandstand. In addition, the club provides a limited number of free tables and chairs. Gazebos erected are reserved as marked.

Public Toilets
Public Toilets and Disabled Persons Toilet are located between the Merchandising Kiosk and the Family of Man Restaurant adjacent to the main gate. 

Additional toilets are available in the Members’ Lounge (Members, Bridles Room booking holders, and Guests Only)

Race Day Office
The Race Day Office is the main contact point for any inquiries on race days - located next to the Mounting Yard and Jockeys Area. 

The Race Day Office also has:

  • EFTPOS Facilities (Cash-out fee: $2.00)
  • Racebooks
  • Members’ Lounge Passes
  • Sunscreen

Trainers, Jockeys, and Bookmakers can collect their free Racebooks from the Race day office. Winning Owners can collect their complimentary DVDs at the end of the race meeting at the Administration.

Racehorse Owners (only) can collect their Racebooks and receive a free entry from the Owners Window at the Admissions Gate. Syndicates receive free entry and racebooks for up to a MAXIMUM of 15 people. Note: The owner's names must be listed in the racebook to access these privileges.

Race Times, Fields, and Results
All Race day fields and results are available on the Racing WA Site.

Racebooks
Racebooks are available every weekend/holiday race day from the Merchandise Kiosk (just inside the main gate) and/or the Race Day Office and Admissions Box. For midweek meetings, books are available only from the main bar or main tote under the grandstand.

The following are the entry prices, terms & conditions + some handy information as set by the committee and executive of the Pinjarra Race Club Inc. (Pinjarra Park) the "club" to help you the "racegoer" and/or "patron's" and/or "racegoers" to have a relaxing day at the races. Every race club is different and operates independently, so it is important that you read the following.

Just like any professional sports venue, certain restrictions apply to the items you can bring to the races. Pinjarra Park is also a licensed premise for the service of alcohol and in addition a licensed racecourse for the provision of racing and gambling.

Pinjarra Park (including car parks) is private property. Parking areas are provided at the club's discretion for racegoers only.

Certain rules and regulations as per the Terms and Conditions displayed at entry points have been put into place due to our Liquor License 'House Rules'/Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Liquor Control Act (1988), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) Rules of Racing and general venue rules to help ensure racegoer enjoys a pleasant day at the races.

You can bring your own food and SEALED non-alcoholic drinks (cans only). Your own food and soft drink cans may be consumed in the grounds, but  NOT in the restaurants and or the Members' Area. 

It is a condition of entry to the racecourse that ALL bags and other carriers (including, but not limited to: drink coolers, cool drink containers with seals broken, flasks, eskies, prams, bags etc...) must be made available to  be checked for prohibited goods prior to being granted entry to the racecourse.

Persons under 18 are permitted on course however must be strictly supervised by a responsible adult. Liquor Enforcement Inspectors have recommended unaccompanied/lost children be escorted by club officials or security to the Raceday office and parents called over the PA system

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Opened soft drink containers
  • Glassware
  • Knives or weapons of any kind as deemed by the Pinjarra Race Club
  • BBQ's and Gas Bottles (Unless with prior written consent by the Pinjarra Park)
  • Market umbrellas, mobile structures, camper type and tents - includes anything that can flap or needs fixing to ground damaging irrigation
  • Animals (except as approved by Pinjarra Park & insured vendors, guide dogs are also permitted HOWEVER not near horses)
  • Flags, Signage, balloons and banners (Unless with prior written consent by the Pinjarra Park)
  • Any projectiles as deemed by the Pinjarra Race Club including balls to avoid harm to horses and participants.
  • Signage of any description unless approved in writing by the CEO
  • Display of offensive clothing/wording as deemed by Pinjarra Race Club ano/or the CEO
  • Person's to whom are disqualified under RWWA, Australian or International Rules of Racing
  • Person's to whom have been previously removed or banned from the venue

Under RSA guidelines and the Pinjarra Race Club (Inc.) license, alcohol cannot be removed past admission gates. Unfinished alcohol must either be disposed of OR it will be confiscated by security prior to exit.

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

As a Licensed venue, the club enforces a strict Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) policy and will not tolerate anti-social behavior under any circumstances (irrespective of whether the person(s) are RWWA licensed or not).

The club also reserves the right to refuse admission for persons to the club premises should our staff believe it necessary for the quiet enjoyment of patrons in general.

Patrons who appear under 25 years old and propose to drink alcohol will be asked to provide ID to obtain a wristband for service. RSA officers monitor the crowd for anti-social behavior and patron/s must leave the premises immediately if asked to do so by security. It is a serious prosecutable offense under the Liquor Control Act to refuse to leave licensed premises if asked to do so by an RSA/Club Officer.

REFUND POLICY

In the event of a RACE MEETING ONLY being called off during the race day and prior to the feature event as deemed by the Pinjarra Race Club, the club will issue General Admission tickets of equal value to future meeting/s to patrons who apply to the club at This email address is being protected from spambots. No other refunds to apply to Marquee's, Gazebos, or Dining if the Race meeting is cancelled on the day - where that can still be taken or utilized as deemed by the club.

No dining package cancellations (except any beverage component as deemed by the club) will be refunded if cancelled by the CLIENT LESS than 4 business days out from the date of the applicable race meeting.

Cancellation of meetings advised by the club will, MORE than 4 business days out from a hired-in marquee or dining booking, result in a full refund or transfer to another meeting, subject to availability and a possible price adjustment if applicable upon application. 

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS, CURRENT, FORECAST OR ON THE DAY OF RACING, ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY THE CLUB AS JUSTIFICATION TO REQUEST REFUNDS.

The club reserves the right to update, alter, or withdraw any of the aforementioned terms or conditions at anytime at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
