Race Day Group Packages

Our Group Packages offer a great selection of food and beverages to suit a minimum of 10 people. We can also set up private Gazeboes or reserved Marquee areas with tables and chairs with platters or buffet available subject to the type of setup and numbers.

For larger groups and corporations, we can offer Hired Airconditioned Marquees with TAB Access and TVs.

Gazebo Hire

Entertain your guests under the shady trees of Pinjarra Park in one of our gazebo's or marquees. 

Our gazebo hire includes:

  • Reserved Gazebo
  • Trestle Table
  • 10 Chairs

Our pricing is as follows:

  1. Normal Race Days: $140 per Gazebo inc. GST
  2. Cup Day & Ladies Day: $150 per Gazebo inc. GST

Weddings and Venue Hire

The Pinjarra Park grounds and perfectly manicured gardens is the picture-perfect place for a wedding with a difference. An idyllic country-style racecourse with shady trees, expansive lawns, and the Darling Range Scarp forming the backdrop to complete. 

From arrivals by limousine, horse, and carriage, motorbikes or vintage cars - we can cater to all your wedding wishes.

Our experienced staff combined with our professional wedding decorators and caterers will ensure that your special day is one you and your guests will remember fondly.

Please note:

1. The Bridles Room (upstairs via lift) has space available on many Pinjarra Park Race Days. Bridles is one of our premium race day function areas, located in the Grandstand opposite the track. You'll never miss a minute of the action with a great view of the Track, Sky Racing, and TAB/Tote Access.

All-inclusive Buffet and Beverage Packages (except spirits) are available. Please contact our office for further information, including bookings.

2. Marquee Package includes a Racebook, TAB Terminal, Entry, TV Monitors, Security Monitored, Reserved seating, Hot Buffet (Includes Roast Beef /Red Emporer Fish/Lamb Curry with Steamed Vege's/ Salad, Dessert/Coffee and Staffed Marquee Bar with a 6 Hour Premium beverage package (no spirits).
