The Pinjarra Race Club is one of WA’s leading Provincial Racetracks and generally conducts a 23-race event season commencing in late November and ending in August.

 

The Catering Contractor will undertake the fast food takeaway, restaurant, and a la carte/buffet operations (option required) at Pinjarra Park. The lease contract term is one-year lease, with the successful applicant operating as its own “standalone business”

 

The successful applicant will be ultimately responsible for maintaining a high standard of food service and quality. They will have to adhere to all relevant FoodSafe and hygiene legislation, WHS compliance, monthly stock control, and monitor their own expenses vs. income (P&L).
