Dress Code and Conduct
Pinjarra Park’s Dress Code will be strictly enforced within the Member's Lounge area (adults and children 12+). To avoid any Member inconvenience on race day please ensure that your attire, and that of your guests, is appropriate for these areas. These guidelines should guide members and their guests on what is acceptable on the members' floor, however, Pinjarra Park retains the right to refuse entry to any person considered inappropriately attired.
Due to limited upstairs facilities adjacent to Bridles Restaurant and Committee/Sponsors Lounge guests may use toilets and occasionally bars, however, please return to your respective areas.
No Children under 12 are permitted to REMAIN in the Members Lounge or Committee Room areas UNLESS passing through to the adjacent Bridles (from the Members Lounge) or going to the toilet supervised.
Members, wishing to bring children upstairs are welcome to enquire at the office, and make a booking for the Bridles Lounge, if required, on a shared table with supervision (by said member) children remaining in the same.
Anti Social Behaviour including offensive language will not be tolerated. Pinjarra Race Club reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person/persons not conforming to acceptable standards of behaviour.

As ratified by the Committee: Should a Members Lounge Window table become available current Bridles table holders (of at least 11 months standing) can go into a draw for said table and pay the current annual difference. Other members who show interest in wishing to apply for the proposed vacated Bridles Table will be invited to register their interest in a table, which will also be conducted via draw. Reserving a window table in Bridles can be used as a waitlist for a window table in the Members Area.

Notes regarding Members' Lounge day passes:
- Subject to capacity limits (weekends generally)
- Bookings are essential for the Pinjarra Cup and Magic Millions Ladies' Days
- Price excludes General Admission, which is extra and to be paid online or at the gate.
- Passes are available at the race day office on most race days, subject to capacity restrictions.
- Passes entitle bearers to access the Members' lounge on the date of issue
- Seating is on a first-come/first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed only for seasonal window seating paid upfront. Like most sporting venues existing window seat holders have the first right of refusal of renewal
- Prices are additional to General Admission prices
- Dress Standards do apply to Members Lounge admission, please see above for further information. Bridles and Sponsor/Committee Lounge Guests are also expected to comply however is subject to Executive discretion.
