1. Online Transaction/Booking fees may apply.
2. Must present valid government-issued ID card only proving concession. Available at the entry gate only.
3. Must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian over 18+ at all times.
4. Price excludes General Admission, to be paid online prior or at the gate on the day. Passes are available at the race day office on most race days, subject to capacity restrictions, and are only valid on the date of issue. Seating is on a first come/first served basis and can only be guaranteed by paying for reserved table (either for the day or the season in advance).

6. Gazebo bookings close 2 working days prior to the race day. Hospitality bookings close as indicated on the ticketing site.
7. Gazebos suit a MAXIMUM of 10 people. Please note ONE general admission ticket is INCLUDED in the price to allow entry to the course. Extra GA tickets must be purchased for any additional attendees over 16 (online or at the gate). Online Transaction/Booking fees may apply.
8. Alcoa Days - Alcoa employees must show valid Alcoa ID to be eligible for free entry. Free entry applies only to the employee and their immediate family. This promotion is only valid on Alcoa days, as advertised.
NOTICE: All times, including gates, bars, race times, etc... are subject to confirmation by our governing body Racing and Wagering Western Australia. Times may also be varied on the day, based on conditions. These decisions take into account information obtained from Bureau of Meteorology and factors the safety and welfare of both horses and industry, which is paramount.
