Gates open approx. 1 hour before the first race, on weekends, public holidays and midweek meetings. Race dates and times are confirmed by Racing and Wagering WA 3-4 days out and can change, on the day too. The latest times are on our Facebook page, on each race day's page under Race Days & Events, and on Racing WA.

Pinjarra Park is a licensed venue under the Liquor Control Act. Under 18s are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult, which the Act defines as a parent, step-parent, spouse, de facto partner or legal guardian; an 18-year-old friend or colleague does not count. Juveniles working on course, including apprentice jockeys, must leave once their duties end unless a parent or guardian is with them.

Anyone who looks under 25 will be asked for photo ID to be served or to get a wristband. The only accepted forms are a current Australian driver's licence or learner permit, a current passport, a Photo Card, or a Proof of Age card from an Australian state or territory. No other ID is accepted, including letters from government departments or a renewal receipt. Patrons who look under 25 and cannot show ID will be refused entry.

Like any professional sports venue, certain restrictions apply. Pinjarra Park is a licensed venue and a licensed racecourse, and the whole course including the car parks is private property. All bags, eskies and prams are checked at the gate.

Your own food and drinks may be enjoyed in the grounds, but not in the restaurants or the Members' area. Refill your water bottle at the cold, filtered water station under the grandstand. Full conditions of entry

Thongs or open toed shoes are ok, however due to worksafe rules you cannot spectate near the mounting yard or gain entry into any of the horse areas (even with the appropriate pass).

Smart casual is recommended for race days. Dress standards apply in the Members' Lounge, the Committee Room and Bridles; see the Membership page. Some functions carry their own dress standards, noted on the event's booking page. Offensive clothing or wording is strictly prohibited as a condition of entry, at the discretion of the Club and the CEO.

Racegoers of all ages are welcome and under 16s get in free. Children may not climb on the side of the track or touch the horses, and some private function areas are strictly 18+, so check when booking. Prams are welcome, though feature days get very busy and a pram can be hard to move through the crowd. For race days with free kids' entertainment, see the family friendly race days.

The grounds at Pinjarra Park are a smoke free zone. We offer a dedicated smoking area outside of the main gate, just ask security for a return entry pass.

Yes. There are bookmakers in the Bookmakers Ring every race day, and our betting partner TABtouch offers tote and fixed-odds betting on course. Winning TABtouch tickets can be checked and cashed on course or at any TABtouch outlet. See the venue map for locations.

Yes. Gazebos suit a maximum of 10 people and include one general admission ticket; extra tickets for anyone over 16 are bought online or at the gate. Choose your race day on the Race Days & Events page, and see the Hospitality page for platters.

Members' Lounge day passes are available from the race day office or by contacting the office to pre-book; bookings are essential on weekend and feature days because of capacity limits. Normal race days $15, Pinjarra Cup Day $65, in addition to general admission. Dress standards apply. Membership

Racing at Pinjarra is conducted under Racing and Wagering Western Australia, which controls safety, governance, judging, handicapping, results, times, fields and rider information; the Club's role is to run the race day. Yes. Function spaces to suit the number of guests, with catering and beverage packages. We also offer corporate marquee packages with seating, air-conditioning, catering, bars, betting facilities, screens and event staff. For corporate functions, please contact the office.
